Send Storefront and catalogue requests to hello@relde.com. Send traffic, payment, delivery, or partner enquiries to the provider mailbox.

Do not send bank files, private identity files, or raw KYB documents by email unless Relde gives a secure process for that exchange.

For public site, Storefront, shopper, shipping, return, and refund questions, use the support mailbox.

If your purchase or booking happened directly with a brand or seller outside Relde, contact that brand or seller first unless a Relde Storefront told you otherwise.
