Privacy
This notice explains how Relde handles public-site visits, role-email enquiries, Storefront preparation requests, market entity details, and future commerce data boundaries before live buyer flows are enabled.
Updated 2026-06-26Who this notice covers
This notice covers visitors to Relde public pages, people who contact Relde by role email, and brands, providers, or business contacts who send catalogue, offer, product, campaign, legal, or support context to Relde.
Relde.com does not currently provide public buyer accounts, brand accounts, checkout, payment, delivery booking, CRM form submission, or auth flows.
If a Storefront later collects buyer, lead, order, payment, delivery, or account data, that active flow must show the relevant terms before it is enabled.
Responsible Relde entity
Relde is the public brand shown on this website. The market selector below shows the legal entity and registered address used for legal-context requests in Malaysia, Vietnam, India, or Indonesia.
A later Storefront, invoice, contract, provider document, or buyer flow may identify a specific Relde market entity or partner when that is the active legal or operational owner.
Market entity names are legal-context details. They do not replace the public Relde brand shown on relde.com.
Information Relde may receive
When you email Relde, the relevant role mailbox receives your email address, message content, attachments, and mail metadata.
When you send brand or provider material, Relde may receive company name, role, market, catalogue links, product data, offer rules, images, brand assets, campaign context, legal context, billing context, or support context.
Static website hosting may create technical logs such as approximate IP address, browser type, device type, request time, referral page, and error data needed to serve the site, maintain security, and diagnose availability issues.
Production Relde pages and Storefront pages use Meta ads measurement for PageView events. Meta may receive page URL, referrer, browser and device information, approximate IP address or derived location, event time, and cookie or similar identifier context.
The current public site does not collect buyer account details, payment card details, bank details, delivery booking details, order data, KYB files, CRM form entries, or submitted checkout data.
How information is collected
Relde collects information directly when you email, send attachments, provide links, or ask Relde to assess a brand, product, Storefront, provider, legal, support, or billing matter.
Relde may collect technical information automatically from website hosting and security systems when your browser requests public pages.
Relde may receive limited request context from a brand, seller, provider, adviser, or service provider when needed to answer a request you or they have raised with Relde.
If you provide personal data about another person, you should have the right to share it and should only provide what is necessary for the request.
Why Relde uses information
Relde uses information to respond to enquiries, route requests to the right mailbox, prepare Storefront and campaign discussions, check catalogue or offer material, and coordinate requested provider, legal, billing, support, or operations work.
Relde may use information to maintain business records, protect website and mailbox security, prevent misuse, investigate errors, handle disputes, comply with law, and improve public page reliability.
Relde may use production PageView measurement to understand Meta ad performance, attribution, and marketing audience controls where permitted. Relde does not use this public site to run checkout optimization or collect checkout data.
When information may be shared
Relde may share limited request details with Relde group or market entities, brands, sellers, service providers, hosting providers, payment or delivery providers, traffic providers, professional advisers, insurers, finance contacts, or authorities when needed for the request, security, compliance, or legal obligation.
Relde limits sharing to the context needed. Public pages do not publish bank details, raw legal source files, KYB files, private signatory details, or provider account material.
The current public site does not export buyer, lead, order, payment, or delivery personal data to traffic sources or CRM systems.
International and market transfers
Relde works across Malaysia, Vietnam, India, and Indonesia. A request sent to Relde may be handled by people, systems, providers, or advisers in another market when that is needed to answer the request or support the relevant market entity.
When Relde transfers or allows access to information across markets, it does so for the purposes in this notice and with access limited to the people or providers who need it.
Cookies, logs, and device data
Production Relde pages and Storefront pages use Meta ads measurement for PageView events. This may set or read marketing cookies or similar identifiers through Meta when your browser loads production Relde hosts.
Hosting, browser, security, or infrastructure tools may use essential logs or storage needed to deliver pages, remember basic site choices, protect the site, and diagnose availability issues.
The Meta ads measurement tag is intended for relde.com and Relde subdomains, not localhost, temporary test hosts, or non-Relde hosts. If Relde later adds other analytics, advertising tags, Storefront tracking, or non-essential cookies, the cookie and consent posture must be updated before those tools are enabled.
Retention and security
Relde keeps enquiry, mailbox, technical, legal, billing, and support records only as long as needed for the request, business records, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Relde restricts access to request information to people and providers who need it for the relevant purpose. Internet transmission and storage still carry security risk.
Do not send sensitive identity, bank, KYB, health, child, or payment files unless Relde gives a secure process for that exchange.
Children and sensitive information
Relde public pages are not directed to children, and Relde does not knowingly collect child data from the public site.
Do not send information about minors, health, finance, identity files, or other sensitive categories unless Relde has specifically requested it for a secure and compliant process.
If you believe sensitive or child-related personal data was sent to Relde by mistake, email legal@relde.com and include enough context for Relde to find the record.
Third-party links and services
Relde pages may link to email tools, brands, sellers, providers, or other third-party sites. Those parties have their own privacy notices and security practices.
If a later Storefront or buyer flow uses a brand, seller, payment, delivery, or support path outside Relde, the active flow should identify the relevant party and terms before the user commits.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your market and the context of the record, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or withdraw consent for the use of your personal data.
Relde may need enough information to verify the request, locate the relevant record, and understand whether a legal, security, dispute, tax, accounting, or business record obligation requires retention.
To make a privacy request, email legal@relde.com and include the market, brand, product, email address, and request context where it helps Relde find the record.
Policy updates
Relde may update this notice as Storefronts, accounts, checkout, payment, delivery, cookies, analytics, or provider flows change.
The date above shows when this public notice was last updated. Material changes should be reflected before the affected flow is enabled.
