Relde keeps return and refund rules explicit before any Storefront uses a live checkout path.

Relde.com does not currently sell goods, collect buyer funds, execute refunds, or run returns from this public site.
If a Relde Storefront later uses a live order path, that path must show the active seller, return, refund, delivery, and support terms before the buyer commits.
Before returns start
Each market and campaign needs approved return eligibility, time windows, customer steps, required information, inspection rules, delivery cost treatment, and support responsibility.
Product categories with special restrictions need category-specific terms before launch.
Refund questions
Refund method, timing, partial refund rules, fee treatment, and dispute path depend on the active payment and seller model.
