What support covers now

Relde can help with public site questions, brand enquiries, Storefront questions, and policy routing.

Relde does not offer a public helpdesk, order lookup, account area, or live support queue from this website.

Buyer and order questions

If a Storefront or brand checkout gives a Relde support route, use support@relde.com and include the brand, product, market, and any public reference you have.

If a brand or seller completed the order outside Relde, use that seller's support route first unless the Storefront says Relde is the support contact.
