These terms explain the public Relde site and enquiry boundary before live commerce routes are enabled.

Relde.com presents Relde and routes public enquiries to the correct role mailbox.
Use the site and emails for lawful brand, shopper, support, legal, billing, or partner communications.
Service boundary
Relde prepares and operates Storefront paths for brands and partners. Public pages do not by themselves create a sale, order, payment, delivery booking, refund, account, or provider agreement.
When a live Storefront or partner path adds a purchase, lead, delivery, or support flow, that path must state the active terms before the user commits.
Brand and product material
If you send catalogue, product, image, offer, or brand material to Relde, you must have the right to share it and to let Relde use it for the requested work.
Relde may decline or pause work that appears inaccurate, restricted, infringing, unsafe, or unsupported.
Brands and partners
Brands, sellers, payment partners, delivery partners, and other services may have their own terms.
Relde will identify relevant handoff points when a Storefront or partner flow uses them.
